Summer Hudson Restaurant Week begins today with nearly 30 participating restaurants in Hoboken & Jersey City. Pre-fixed lunches start at $13 and dinners at only $23. WHAT WE LIKE Oxtail, white bean salad, Tuscan kale-and-ricotta pie, tomato soup, steamed mussels; poached sea bass, miso-glazed monkfish, cornmeal-crusted skate, grilled flat-iron steak, roasted guinea hen; chocolate torte, mango-anise crème brûlée, chestnut crepes, apple-almond tart.
