Poor service and unsanitised utensils

My soup bowl was broken at the ends at 2 places,this happened for the second time with me..glasses were unclean..when I pointed out the broken bowl the guy took my soup back and never came back with it and we were still charged for it plus the tip was already added in the cheque..nobody came and said anything about the soup..completely messed my mood for a relaxed lunch..dont think will go there again bcoz I wonder how sanitized there kitchen will be..also there was a female walking with her hair left all loose while continuously walking in and out of the kitchen..thanks

Try to charge you higher than the menu price

They will charge you higher than the menu price. Be careful. Service is horrible. I was charged extra on my drinks than the menu price and when I pointed the error the hostess started arguing.
